Training swim is open to all levels, with an 800 m looped course that allows you to choose your distance — swim 800 m, 1.6 km, 2.4 km, 3.2 km, or 4 km, at your own pace
This is a non-competitive event, designed to help you build confidence, improve open-water skills, and enjoy the experience in a safe, well-organised environment.
