2023 Tru-Cape Mile

The 2023 Tru-Cape Mile at the stunning Eikenhoff dam, Grabouw.
Swimmers can choose fun 500 meter dash, the famous Mile, team relay option or do multiple Miles starting with each of the 3 starting batches. The 3rd Mile will also be the Pat Goodall Memorial Swim.
